In furtherance of its quest to develop capacity and help its student members succeed in the pursuit of the CIS certification, Chartered Institute of Stockbrokers is organizing a revision programme targeted at enhancing students’ preparation for the September 2011 professional examination.

OBJECTIVE
At the end of the revision course, the participants should be able to, among others:

1. Identify and discuss key concepts of each subject.
2. Effectively convert knowledge into marks.
3. Identify where marks are earned, and score them in an examination.
4. Understand and discuss how to manage limited time in the examination hall.
5. Identify and avoid potential pitfalls in approaching examinations.
6. Apply techniques learnt in answering standard examination level questions.

Please note that emphasis will be on how to approach the examination using standard examination level questions. In addition, the sessions are structured to be highly interactive for maximum participation.

Monday, August 22, 2011 to Saturday, September 7, 2011.
From 9.00 am to 5.00 pm daily.

Formerly NITEL Training School,
Beside FIIRO,
Cappa, Oshodi
Lagos.

COURSES TO BE TAKEN
All the 12 subjects in the CIS curriculum will be covered. The programme is organised on a subject-by-subject basis, and candidates are free to attend any subjects of their choice.

FEES
Registration – N3,000  
Course fees – N3, 000 per subject.
