CIS NEWS UPDATE

The Chartered Institute of Stockbrokers (CIS) has formed a strategic partnership with the New York Institute of Finance (NYIF), a leader in financial training with a long standing reputation for excellence. The collaboration enables CIS to market and provide all the courses of NYIF to prospective participants from Nigeria and other African countries.

The collaboration covers the NYIF's entire curriculum of instructor-led, e-learning, and virtual classes in many financial area topics, including derivatives, equities, credit, risk management, corporate finance and many others. For the participants who desire to go to New York or any other NYIF office outside Nigeria, CIS will be pleased to assist them at very attractive fees.

The NYIF's Virtual Classes allow students to participate in live training events without travelling. Students listen to lectures, participate in exercises, ask questions, and receive feedback just as they would in a conventional classroom setting.
